30-Day Return Policy

Please do not return any items without receiving authorization from our support team.

Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders may be canceled or modified before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

Return Eligibility

Return Shipping Costs

  5. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
