Order Processing
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days.
Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required due to payment security checks, address verification, or unusually high order volumes.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are delivered through trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@arivexa.com.

- Orders over $60: Free Standard Shipping
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your purchase request.
Once inventory availability has been verified and payment authorization has been successfully completed, your order will be prepared for shipment.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund if necessary.
Holiday & Seasonal Delays
During peak shopping periods, major public holidays, severe weather events, or carrier disruptions, processing and delivery times may be temporarily extended.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
If a shipment is returned to us because:
- The recipient was unavailable to receive the package;
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided;
- The package was not collected from a designated pickup location within the carrier's required timeframe;
Refunds or reshipments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arivexa.com.
Our support team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.
